Cleaning up a large vacant lot near a busy roadway is different than a yard clean up, and that old historic building is not going to be a simple spring clean out or a home clean out. There needs to be careful thought before proceeding. The first thing you need to do is inspect the property and see how much of what was left behind is being thrown away, and how much waste is going to be produced by the rental clean out and construction.
